At C&K QUT Gardens Point Community Children's Centre, we are committed to demonstrating respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people's cultures, histories and achievements, by building our knowledge and understanding of the First Nations peoples of Australia. We as a community are taking our first steps towards reconciliation, as we build upon our foundation of learning, trust, respect, and acknowledgement. We aim to create a sense of welcome while providing a culturally safe and respectful space for children, their families and all educators, as well as the greater community.
