At Explore & Develop Dee Why, our vision for reconciliation is to create an environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures are valued, acknowledged, and advocated for. We are committed to deepening our knowledge and understanding of the First Peoples of Australia, and their histories, cultures, languages, values, and traditions. We will continue to meaningfully and respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives across all areas of our curriculum. We acknowledge that our Reconciliation Action Plan is a work in progress which requires commitment and enthusiasm as we work towards a future where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are recognised and acknowledged as being the First Peoples of Australia.
