Iramoo Kindergarten

VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Iramoo Kindergarten would like ALL people to unite, celebrate and acknowledge Australia's true histories. We would like to acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Peoples of this Country through educating our little people: the people of our future.   

At Iramoo we are hoping for a united front and acceptance where we have positive respect for all cultures embedded into everyday practice and highlight the significance of the First Peoples of Australia. 

We aim to respectfully share all the work and knowledge with colleagues, visitors, children, families and all staff. 

We would like to continue to learn more about Aboriginal and Torres Strait cultures and histories and make a commitment to maintain professional development to enhance this knowledge. We want to build connections with the local Aboriginal people who represent the First People of the Land that we live, work and play.
