We will embed respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Isander peoples and perspectives of Australia and their contribution through sharing of cultures and storeis into everyday practice. We respectfully share our work and understanding of how reconciliation can be embedded into every aspect of our work with colleagues, visitors, children, families and all staff. knowledge that we will gain through ongoing professional development and through our work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders. We commit, as a whole team and a community, to strengthen our relationship with the local Aboriginal people who represent the First People of the Land that we live, work and play.
