At Milestones Early Learning Dalyellup, our vision for reconciliation is grounded in the values of growing, learning, respect, and meaningful relationships. We recognise that reconciliation is a shared responsibility and an ongoing journey. We actively engage all children, staff, and families in developing an understanding of the importance of reconciliation by fostering inclusive environments where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures, and voices are acknowledged, valued, and celebrated. 

We are committed to embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives across our programs, practices, and daily experiences. Through intentional teaching, cultural responsiveness, and collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the local community, we will continue to create learning opportunities that honour First Nations peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the Land and promote respect for their continuing connection to Country. 

Our service strives to maintain a culturally safe and inclusive space where diverse Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives are respected, equity is upheld, and all individuals feel a strong sense of belonging.
