Our vision for reconciliation is to acknowledge and value the cultures, heritage, and histories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and to respectfully embed Australia's First Peoples’ perspectives in our everyday practices through our educational and learning support programs.
Our aim is to sustain the rich cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people by providing equal and equitable opportunities to all children, and to foster a culturally inclusive environment with respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples that supports a sense of belonging and strong connections.
To enhance community engagement and foster inclusivity, Goodstart Early Learning - Queens Park, is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. Through respectful collaboration, cultural awareness initiatives, and active participation in community events, we aim to honor and celebrate the rich heritage and contributions of the Whadjuk peoples of the Noongar nation.
