Goodstart Early Learning Stratton continually advance reconciliation in our service and with the wider community. We respectfully work alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples within the community, learning and understanding more about diverse and ongoing First Nations cultures and listen actively to truth-telling of the histories of the nation. We continually educate ourselves and respectfully share knowledge with the children and families in our service to support the next generation to be the voices of tomorrow.
Our philosophy states "each child’s wellbeing is at the fore front of our minds as we create culturally safe environments providing them and their families with a strong sense of belonging.” We are engaged in a meaningful journey towards reconciliation and with the support of our Reconciliation Action Plan we are enhancing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and all non-Indigenous children’s learning opportunities in everyday practice and curriculums.
