Goodstart Early Learning Stratton will continue to advance reconciliation in our service and with the wider community. We are committed to respectfully working alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples within the community; learning and understanding more about diverse and continuing First Nations cultures; and listening actively to truth-telling of the histories of Australia. We will continually educate ourselves and respectfully share learnings with the children and families in our service to support the current and next generations to be the voices and reconciliation champions of tomorrow. We will continue to reflect on our daily practices to ensure that our service philosophy actively prioritises reconciliation and that First Nations perspectives are respectfully woven throughout our service, providing a culturally safe place for our community.
