Little Buckets Kinross recognises and respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Peoples of Australia. They are the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which our early childhood services sits and the children play, grow, and learn on. We acknowledge and pay respect to Elders, past and present and emerging. Here at Little Buckets Kinross, we aim to respectfully embed Aboriginal and Tores Strait Islander peoples’ perspectives and histories into our centre Early Learning Program, where the staff, children and parents have input in our reconciliation journey and deepen our knowledge as part of respect for our country and people.
