We believe in acknowledging and teaching about the true histories of Australia and promoting a sense of understanding, connection and respect for First Nations peoples, and for the Lands on which we learn and play.     We will ensure that we recognise and respect the histories, cultures, stories and contributions of First Nations peoples by ensuring we are respectfully embedding First Nations peoples perspectives throughout the service and with the children.  We will build meaningful and reciprocal relationships with the local First Nations community.     As an organisation, we are committed to raising awareness about reconciliation, with the goal of encouraging all people in the broader community to embrace reconciliation and work towards reparation and healing for First Nations Peoples. We will demonstrate this through gaining a deeper understanding of  First Nations peoples ways of knowing and learning; respectfully reflecting that knowledge at all levels of our service.
