Our vision for reconciliation is guided by the ethics of social justice, equality and equity.
the way we connect with people and how we can support children within our service to become the best they can be in an environment that holds equality, anti-bias and respect for Cultures, Heritage and Tradition dear.
Our Plan also builds on a range of Reconciliation experiences that we already have in place within our Centre.
We plan to expand our knowledge, embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Culture further so that children within our Centre feel respected, respectful, confident and supported.
