Through our Reconciliation Action Plan, we will build a foundation of learning, acknowledgement, trust and respect with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and respectfully embed First Nation perspectives into our practices and in our service daily. Our vision for reconciliation is focused on acknowledging and learning about First Nations peoples’ cultures and histories while, embedding cultural safety in all aspects of our service. Our outcome is to implement all our ideas from our consultations with the local First Nations community and research and to include this in our evryday program and practices.
