Galang Nguruindhau! We here at Goodstart Brighton - North Road and our local community envision Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures, perspectives and histories to be actively engaged with, visibly and respectfully included in our everyday practices. Through conversations, and actions about the histories and exploring the cultures of First Nations peoples we will deepen our understanding. We are committed to reconciliation and recognise the significance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures and perspectives and the importance of their inclusion in the early education environment. Our vision in our service and local community is to be inclusive of all cultures, especially Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. Always was, always will be, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land.
