We have committed to reconciliation at Goodstart Early Learning Echuca and will continue to develop and maintain our sense of community that fosters mutual respect, social justice and a united front between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians.
Goodstart Echuca recognises that every individual has a unique cultural identity and that education plays a fundamental role in creating an inclusive environment. Through collaboration and the provision of culturally responsive educational experiences we are committed to enlightening and contributing to the development of a harmonious community that appreciates the unique place that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories and cultures have in our national identity.
Goodstart Early Learning Echuca (meaning "meeting of the waters") is dedicated to working alongside the Yorta Yorta and Wolithica people, Traditional Owners of the Land on which our service stands, to continue to promote and participate in reconciliation efforts in our community.
