As Australians actively working towards reconciliation, our centre embraces our diversity and seeks unity between First Nations peoples and other Australians. Reconciliation includes exploring historical acceptance of our shared history, removal of discrimination and negative race relations. Through reconciliation we strengthen the relationships between the wider Australian community and First Nations peoples for the benefit of all Australians. Our Reconciliation Action Plan is a formal statement of commitment to reconciliation underpinned by Goodstart's the key themes of, RELATIONSHIPS, RESPECT and the EMPOWERMENT of First Nations peoples.
