We believe that reconciliation is about relationships, respect and trust between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous people. We strive to strengthen our relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.   Our reconciliation plan is a formal statement of commitment to reconciliation underpinned by Goodstart's three key themes of relationships, respect and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' self-determination and empowerment.
