Our vision for reconciliation is to create an environment that acknowledges, supports, and bridges the gap, creating a feeling of unity between the wider Australian Community and Aboriginal and Torre Strait Islander peoples We acknowledge and embrace the Traditional Owners of the Land and demonstrate respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ histories and perspectives, whilst respectfully embedding authentic Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learning into our service in respectful partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and the local community.
We achieve this in our service by implementing respectful and educational opportunities for children and families creating an inclusive and diverse community that continually works together to support and acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures. We understand that our RAP journey will be an ongoing and continuous one and are committed as a service to continually reflect, enhance and develop our knowledge educating ourselves to always strive for better ways to support reconciliation
