Goodstart Clayton

VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Goodstart Early Learning Clayton recognises the importance of early childhood education and wishes to foster equality and equity so that all children, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, have access to high quality education. We believe that this can be accomplished through developing strong relationships within the community, drawing upon the knowledge’s and histories of the Wurundjeri Nation and the Bunorong people so that we can provide a service that works towards reconciliation, with a focus on equality, equity, and respect. We aim to build respectful and trusting relationships so that we can devise policies, practices, and a program for all children that are inclusive of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, their families, and our communities.
