Our vision for reconciliation is for The Learning Sanctuary Ashwood staff, students and the wider community to develop a better understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' histories and cultures, free of judgment and 'free of racism and bias. We acknowledgeAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people’s knowledge of and connections to the Land We hope to be an Australia that is unified, accepting, and acknowledges the historical events and the impacts of colonisation on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We will work towards making amends for the wrongdoings to make sure this is never repeated by respectfully delivering programs that reflects equality and equity through inclusive learning experiences and through embedded day to day practices. .
