At Goodstart Early Learning Tarneit we recognise and respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Peoples of Australia, and the Traditional Custodians of the Land, waterways and sky which our service is located on. Our vision for reconciliation is for all Goodstart Early Learning Tarneit children, families and educators to engage with reconciliation on both a personal and professional level, reflecting on these values in their everyday teaching programs and curriculum. We are committed to building collaborative and ongoing partnerships with our local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community to ensure Goodstart Early Learning Tarneit respectfully reflects and embeds Bunurong perspectives across levels within our service. Through this vision, we are laying the foundations to grow future generations that value and recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures as a proud part of our shared National identity.
