At Goodstart Morris Road we are committed in strengthening educators and children's knowledge about and relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non- Indigenous Australians with mutual respect and as equals. We respectfully include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures, histories and perspectives into teaching and learning activities throughout the centre. Goodstart Morris Road raises awareness of and knowledge about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders peoples’ histories and cultures and changes attitudes to promote equality and equity and respectful relationships. With the knowledge, understanding and acknowledging the diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders peoples’ cultures, we work together in partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their communities.
