Our vision for reconciliation is to listen to and learn from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities as we lead our reconciliation learning and journey. Our educators will share, drive and lead change by using a multifaceted approach to build cultural capacity and responsiveness. We continue to find ways that we can meaningfully and respectfully include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ perspectives in everyday programming, curriculum, environments, and practice. We deepen our knowledge of First Nations peoples’ cultures, share true histories and build trust and respectful relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. It is important to us that we have the courage to acknowledge and learn from mistakes. “We support and amplify the voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, and ”Be a voice for generations.”
