At Carinya, we are dedicated to publicly affirming our commitment to reconciliation. We acknowledge and honour Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Peoples of Australia, and we pay our respects to the Durug and Gundungurra People as the Traditional Custodians of the land where Carinya is situated. Our reconciliation vision entails fostering active engagement with reconciliation at both personal and professional levels within our team. We strive to cultivate an environment that upholds social justice, equality, and equity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and all people. Through this vision, we aim to lay the groundwork for future generations who deeply appreciate and respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures and heritages as integral components of our collective identity.
