Balranald Early Learning Centre’s vision for reconciliation is to establish an inclusive learning environment. This involves respectfully including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ perspectives and histories into the curriculum, fostering cultural responsiveness among educators, and ensuring equal and equitable access to quality education for all children. Collaborative partnerships with local First Nations peoples, communities and active involvement of parents aim to create a nurturing setting that respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, promoting unity and understanding among all children.
