Our vision for reconciliation at Clipper Road Education and Care Service is to continually reflect and gain knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people's perspectives through positive and respectful relationships with parents, families and the community. We recognise children’s connections to their families and greater communities, and our role as teachers and educators to respect First Nation's families and community members ways of knowing and continue to listen to their voices. As a community we will continually reflect on our understanding of Country. We will continually aim to provide a culturally safe space for all stakeholders made of a foundation of respect, collaboration and secure partnerships.
