Our vision for reconciliation at Kids Korner Preschool, Helensburgh is for the children and educators, families and the community to deepen their understanding of reconciliation.
We will continue to strengthen our awareness and knowledge of the First Peoples of Australia and their diverse cultures and the true histories of this place, through respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' perspectives in our daily routine, learning experiences, pedagogy and practices.
We will work closely with educators, children, families, the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and the wider community groups to build and maintain respectful relationships. We will continue to ensure that we provide opportunities to respectfully engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' diverse cultures and contributions.
