At Goodstart Rutherford we have an open door, an open mind, and an open heart. We are working towards a community of reconciliation between non-Indigenous people and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. This is exemplified through our welcoming disposition to all who walk through our centre. Our vision is to create a place where everyone feels they belong and can express their voices, ideas and culture in an understanding and supportive environment. We aim to strengthen relationships with families and the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. We want everyone to know we care about reconciliation and do so by treating people equally with respect and acceptance.
