 Blinkies Early Education Centre acknowledges and respects the diversity of the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures in the local community. We believe that in a modern Australia, reconciliation is about change and actively recognising and accepting the impact of colonisation on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. It is actively recognising and respecting the rich histories, continuing contributions, and  aspirations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.   We are committed to engaging with and building meaningful, respectful relationships with  local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, Elders and community, and respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples perspectives into our learning environments and teachings of the children in our care.
