Bright Buttons Early Learning Centre acknowledges the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in our local community and throughout Australia.
We believe that reconciliation is about listening and learning from First Nations People so that we can recognise and acknowledge the impact of colonisation on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We will continue to engage and build authentic and meaningful relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and Elders. We will work in collaboration with First Nations people to respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into our learning environments and the teaching of children in our care.
We commit to creating a culturally safe place for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and all families.
