Keen Kiddies Early Learning Centre aims to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for all. Part of this vital practice is actively engaging in reconciliation. To the Keen Kiddies community, reconciliation means recognising, respecting and acknowledging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the true histories of Australia. It means to support cultural responsiveness for children, educators and families through a collaborative and community effort. To achieve our vision of reconciliation, within both our Keen Kiddies community and the wider community, we will strive to build respectful relationships with the Bidjigal people of Darug Land, and to provide education to educators and families through conversations, professional development and community connections.
