At Fun2learn we aspire to educate our children and families about the rich and unique culture and history of the local Darug people. We are committed to, as a group, making small but significant changes through everyday practices to build relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the non-Indigenous community and to close the gap through ensuring equal and equitable educational outcomes. We will respectfully draw on the knowledge and experience of Darug Elders and community services to drive this change.
We believe that our Reconciliation Action Plan will provide practical strategies for passing the knowledge on to the children, for engagement with Aboriginal communities and for building and renewing partnerships so that we are actively contributing to a more equitable and just country.
