Our vision for reconciliation is to strengthen relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous peoples, for the benefit of all Australians - creating a National Unity.
Our service will provide opportunities for staff, children, families and the wider community to promote positive two-way relationships built on mutual trust and respect between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous Australians.
We will promote and actively work towards equality and equity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, through respectfully embedding First Nation people's perspectives throughout our curriculum.
Through promoting Institutional Integrity, we will actively support all dimensions of reconciliation, including political, business and community institutions to create a culturally responsive environment We will advocate for all Australians to the acknowledge the wrongs of the past and understand the impacts that this continues to have on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
