VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Our vision for reconciliation is a future where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are recognised as being the First People of Australia. We envision a future where all Australians embrace Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past, present and emerging, for they hold the wisdom and knowledge that will support future leaders in local communities. Trinity Early Learning Centre is contributing to create a culturally safe environment for all staff, children, families and the wider community. We will provide opportunities to deepen our understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples histories and cultures and that all children are recognised and nurtured as the creators, thinkers and doers of today and tomorrow. We are committed to building strong, respectful relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. By engaging with community leaders and members, we aim to create meaningful partnerships that celebrate and integrate cultural heritage into our programs and practices. These relationships will enrich our community, foster mutual respect, and ensure that our educational environment reflects the diverse cultural landscape of Australia.
