Ballykin Mosman acknowledges and values the cultural histories, heritages and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Our vision is that our educational programs and practices recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Nations people of Australia and as the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which we live. That First Nations peoples cultures, wisdom and knowledge is respected and inspires our emerging and future learners. In turn, that Ballykin children and Educators embrace the these teachings and share First Nations culture, wisdom and knowledge with their own families and the wider community. 

This respect and understanding is embedded into everything we do at Ballykin. We are focused on celebrating First Nations peoples cultures, building connections with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and providing an early learning environment where all children feel welcome.
