Our vision for reconciliation at Goodstart Berowora is a community that embraces unity and reconciliation. We respectfully embed the First Nations cultures and perspectives into our intentional teachings and learning environments alongside connecting to the Early Years Learning Frameworks concepts of being, belonging and becoming. We provide educators with the opportunity to develop their understandings of First Nations cultures, histories and perspectives and how to provide children with learning experiences that promote equity, equality and inclusion. We are committed to authentic relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders, leaders and community that are built on mutual trust, respect and inclusiveness.
