St Stephens Preschool our vision is for our staff to commit to an ongoing journey of reconciliation that creates lasting change through our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Our RAP is a living document which encompasses the philosophy, attitudes, beliefs and actions of our preschool community. It is our organisations responsibility to advocate for reconciliation, and we take a shared approach that educates and inspires growth. We must take action to showcase the strengths and resilience of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, their knowledge and cultures, as we embrace our shared histories and strengthen our shared national identity.
