At our centre, reconciliation is woven into the fabric of everything we do. It's reflected in our commitment to providing a culturally responsive and welcoming environment where all First Nations children, families, and staff feel a sense of belonging and respect. We strive to respectfully embed reconciliation principles in our curriculum, practices, and relationships, drawing inspiration from the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) 2.0 and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure that every First Nations child's unique identity and cultural background are celebrated and valued. 

Reconciliation is a journey of learning and growth, and we are dedicated to continuously deepening our understanding and knowledge. We actively seek out opportunities to engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, and perspectives, inviting Elders, community members, and cultural educators to share their wisdom and experiences with us and be remunerated for their time and expertise. Through ongoing reflection, dialogue, and action, we are committed to playing our part in advancing reconciliation and building a more inclusive, equal and equitable society for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families, staff and wider communities.
