Our vision for reconciliation is:
•For all educators to continue building their knowledge about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and perspectives and to respectfully put this knowledge into practice when planning the curriculum. •To continue engaging with diversity, including the diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures, identities and perspectives, demonstrating this through planned/spontaneous experiences within the classroom, to broaden and deepen children, staff and families’ understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures. •For Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families to feel a sense of belonging and respect at the service. •To continue providing opportunities whereby children can engage in learning experiences that will promote the perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
