Our vision is for all families, staff, and children at Emmerick Street Community Preschool to foster a deep respect for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Emmerick Street acknowledges the cultures, contributions, histories, and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Emmerick Street is committed to promoting an inclusive environment, developing a sense of belonging for both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous people including staff, families, children, and the local community.

It is our vision that an understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' culture and perspectives past, present, and future is embedded with dignity in our everyday practice that reflects the authentic partnerships we aim to hold with the local First Nations Elders, leaders, and community.
