Our vision for reconciliation at Goodstart Bondi Junction is for all staff to always be mindful, respectful and inclusive of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ histories, cultures and contributions.
We are committed to always holding space for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff, students and community to express themselves freely and feel supported and included in all aspects of our program, experiences and service.
We will ensure to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land that we are on and to teach the children the importance of this and model reconciliation every day. We will support our staff in providing professional development and access to recourses to always strive to learn and gain knowledge of how we can be culturally responsive and respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
