Orange Grove Primary School acknowledges the rich and diverse cultures and histories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and we aim to respectfully embed this as a whole community. We do this by:
- •creating and celebrating a community culture that continually represents equality and equity; •acknowledging and accepting our shared history and providing opportunities to learn more; •actively dismantling negative race relations in order to build a future together; •creating opportunities for unity between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and other Australians within our community; •actively engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples within our community and •actively providing opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives to be embedded in every classroom.
