At Minchinbury Public School, our vision for reconciliation involves learning and growing together, fostering empathy and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We are committed to listening to First Nations voices and  aim to respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples,  perspectives, histories and cultures, in our everyday practices.  Minchinbury Public School staff recognise the importance of building partnerships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and the wider community.
