At Greenwich Public School, reconciliation will be an authentic journey that all staff and students take together with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We are committed to building meaningful partnerships with the local Cammeraygal community and local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities,. This will foster a deep understanding and respect of the local Cammerayagal Peoples and Country on which we stand as we continue our reconciliation journey. Our reconciliation journey will include ongoing professional learning for all staff to deepen their knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ perspectives and cultures and facilitate opportunities for students, staff and families to engage with members of the local First Nations community.
