At Waratah Preschool, we seek to promote inclusion and value for diversity to all people, including First Nations peoples within our community. We recognise and understand the importance of protocols. We will work reciprocally with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to ensure we respectfully and authentically include First Nations cultures, perspectives and histories in our planning and daily practice and up skill our educators to build their confidence and capacity to respectfully deliver and share First Nations histories and cultures. We aim to provide a safe inclusive space and promote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community connections and partnerships for First Nations peoples in our local and wider community.
