Christ Church Grammar School

VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Christ Church Grammar School’s vision for reconciliation is a commitment to the recognition and support of the First Australians, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, as we work together and learn from one another moving forward. Inclusion, cultural awareness, equal and equitable opportunities and strengthening the development of our diverse community will be of the utmost importance. With mutual respect and by building upon on our existing relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and ensuring that our curriculum and programs align with those on the national reconciliation agenda will achieve this. Of paramount importance is to foster equality and equity between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal Australians when it comes to life expectancy, education and employment opportunities.
