Here at Cudldles Early Learning Byford, we acknowledge and respect the values, traditions, heritages and histories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Our staff and families believe we can learn with and from all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We believe it is important for our young people to understand and show respect to those who are Traditional Owners of the Land that our centre is built on.
We aim to respectfully embed the knowledge and culture of the Land and its people into our curriculum, policies and daily routines.
We continually strive for an outstanding practice through ongoing learning and development of cultural competence and we acknowledge our reconciliation Action Plan is a working in progress on which requires ongoing commitment to this endeavour and passion for continuous improvement.
