New Era is committed to fostering a culturally safe and responsive environment for all staff, children, families, and local community members. Our vision for reconciliation is a shared understanding that the Land we work, live, play and learn on has always been and will always be Aboriginal Land. We acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people's deep connections with Lands, waters, and communities.  We believe that, and will help to ensure that, reconciliation must live in the hearts, minds, and actions of all Australians. Our staff acknowledge that our RAP’s development and implementation is a continued process that we will add to and grow individually as well as a team and organisation.
