KU Koala Preschool

VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

KU Koala Preschool believe that reconciliation is what we need to do to learn and acknowledge the true histories of Aboriginal and Torres Islander peoples in Australia, ensuring the past and present injustices since colonisation are not forgotten and do not continue.

We want the children in our service, to develop a knowledge of and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures and rights.

We will facilitate our journey of reconciliation through creating a  culturally safe environment where everyone demonstrates a genuine commitment towards respect, support and self-determination of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples..
