VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

We are committed to serving our community by teaching children to affirm the important place of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the importance of fostering equality and equity among all peoples. We acknowledge there is a colonial history that we are unable to change and can't deny and we will aim to strengthen the future, by respectfully sharing true histories and knowledge’s of local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We will acknowledge and celebrate the success of the peoples who have continued to live on and look after the Land across generations. We wish to deepen our knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and experiences. We will strive to work closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples within our community to ensure their views are represented in the work that we do at the service.
