Our vision for Kadina Preschool Centre is to be an inclusive environment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families and staff, and a place where everyone feels welcome. We do this through using respectful and inclusive language so that all children develop a sense of what it means to live in a reconciled nation that acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives. We respectfully continue including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' perspectives into our learning program so that all children can learn about Australia’s First Nations Peoples and their cultures in a safe and equitable learning environment.
