Sunny Hills Child Care and Education Centre is dedicated to a continual process of learning, with the goal of promoting unity, equity, and equality between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians. We firmly believe that reconciliation is essential for fostering a future built on solidarity. As educators, we acknowledge our significant responsibility in both learning about and teaching the diverse histories, cultures, and present accomplishments of First Nations peoples. Our aim is to cultivate understanding and appreciation among non-Indigenous Australians, while respecting and enhancing awareness of the rich heritages of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We are committed to these efforts as an integral part of our professional and personal endeavors.
