Here at the Prince Charles Hospital Early Education Centre the vision for reconciliation is not a new one. We acknowledge the importance of having a RAP in place and our early learning community continues to share a vision of working together to increase our knowledge about reconciliation and improve our relationships with First Nations people within our wider local community. The core of our vision is to respectfully embed a rich, culturally diverse and inclusive learning environment that promotes equal and equitable opportunities and outcomes for future generations. Our vision and goals that we have set will help our Early learning service strengthen connections with local Elders and community members and that will support us in celebrating the cultural diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people not only locally but across the country.
